We even put a chair in each of our large cat houses to be able to sit and spend time with the cats.
These houses get delivered to your door within about a week and can easily be put together in a few hours. We had a great time putting ours together, and are a little bummed that it is for the cats instead of for us.
Pro Tip: Do you or someone you know have some carpentry skills? For around $200 we were able to get a platform with linoleum built for two of our cat houses. This kept the cats off of muddy/rocky ground, and it makes for a very easy for cleanup!
